deskutils/plasma-applet-quicklauncher is currently marked BROKEN since it does
not build with KDE 4.2+.  The author has deprecated this project since there
is a similar applet (Quicklaunch) included with KDE 4.2+ in kdebase4-workspace.

I have marked this port DEPRECATED since there appears to be no further
development and there is an alternative available.  I also set an
EXPIRATION_DATE one month from now since this port does not build with recent
version of KDE4 and will not be updated.
