This update adds the following:

 * configurable user, db dir, etc.
 * automatically creating the selected db dir
 * pre-fetch and post-install messages for compatibility
 * permission-fix (chown) to /var/log/couchdb

For the user to create, here are additons to UIDs and GIDs:

ports/UIDs:
couchdb:*:919:919::0:0:CouchDB Database server:/var/db/couchdb:/sbin/nologin

ports/GIDs:
couchdb:*:919
