ladvd fails to run without a /var/run/ladvd directory:
Jul 24 13:14:22 eraser ladvd: stat("/var/run/ladvd"): No such file or directory
Jul 24 13:14:22 eraser ladvd: ladvd 0.8 running
Jul 24 13:14:22 eraser ladvd: only -1 bytes written: Connection reset by peer
It exits after this error.
After creating /var/run/ladvd, ladvd works.

>How-To-Repeat:
1. Install net/ladvd
2. Add relevent lines to rc.conf
3. Attempt to start
4. Observe above error.
