Hello,

Be default Unhandled tab in Nagios web interface show filter with options: "Not In Scheduled Downtime & Has Not Been Acknowledged & Active Checks Enabled".

In distributed Nagios master node receive passive events and show them in main screen but not in unhandled tab. 

This patch add port option that change unhandled filter to "Not In Scheduled Downtime & Has Not Been Acknowledged". After patching all passive service and host events will be in unhandled tab.

This patch is very useful in distributed monitoring scheme.
