 Since I have to get this running I spent some time on it and have =
 discovered that openssl is looking for the "makedepend" package.
 
 (Strange since I never remember it doing that the last gazillion times =
 I've done a portupgrade on openssl.)
 
 Anyway. So it appears that makedepend is the one causing the problem =
 (although I'm still not sure why openssl all of a sudden wants it to =
 begin with).=
