 Thanks for the suggestion. I've implemented it and now python no more
 appears in RUN_DEPENDS. But python will still be required (both at
 build-time and the runtime by some python modules) by the xcb-proto on
 which libxcb depends.
 
 Attached is the diff file which fixes libxcb for this.
 
 I've tested it, and so it can be committed.
