ports/137486: qt4-dbus 4.5.2 port build failure

 Indeed, doing
 
 pkg_delete -f qt4-dbus'*'
 cd /usr/ports/devel/dbus-qt4/ && make && make install clean
 portupgrade -r qt4-dbus
 
 did allow me to get past this issue.  Presumably the problem is that
 the existing
 installed headers are being found before those appropriate to the new version.
