ports/133856: graphics/lcms: build of kde-koffice3 fails with lcms-1.18,1

As suggested by stas in a private e-mail, I rebuilt the dependant
ports on graphics/lcms.  This then allowed the build of kde-koffice3
to build.

I used the following to rebuild all th dependant ports on my system:

portmaster -r lcms-1.18,1

A note in UPDATING might be needed to rebuild all ports that depend on
graphics/lcms.
