latest mlt/mlt++ upgrade broke mlt upgrading, but not mlt++'s. mlt++ 0.3.6 could have been built against mlt 0.3.2 libraries (a really bad thing)
>How-To-Repeat:
1. upgade ports tree
2. portupgrade -a
3. mlt fails, mlt++ is upgraded and linked on old mlt libraries
4. mlt++ dependent applications (multimedia/kdenlive) crash
>Fix:
bump portrevision
this has to be committed AFTER ports/133826
