ports/126981: [PATCH] www/tinymce: update to 3.1.1

This looks generally fine.  However, I still need a copy of tinym ce-2.x in
the ports, because this is required by the drupal5-tinymce port. I plan to
make a drupal6-tinymce port at some stage shortly, which will require
tinymce-3.x.

So: please repocopy www/tinymce to www/tinymce3, and please change the
patch to use PORTNAME = tinymce3.  This will mean changing the DISTNAME and
the MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR too.
