ports/127012: Update devel/ptmalloc to version 3

Actually.. I am wondering *if* there is a good reason to keep ptmalloc2 instead of just going ahead with the update.

I asked in the ports list and no one has stepped up to keep the old version (I admit I didn't give them much time though).  Even if we want to resurrect it later there is no significant history behind this port and we will have to change the Makefile and the pkg-plist anyways.

Just my perspective.
