Updates emulators/sdlmame from 0.124 to 0.128.  I e-mailed the maintainer a few weeks back and have had no response.  If accepted, I'd ask that the distfile be mirrored if possible as the original site redirects fetch requests and I'm not certain that I can support the bandwidth required.

XSDLMAME is a port of the popular MAME. There are a few principles that guide
