>Description:
synergys (server) in synergy-1.3.1_5 doesn't work at all.
It hangs just after executed.
The server process doesn't respond to SIGTERM, so I have to send SIGKILL
to terminate the process.
The last few lines of synergys -f -d DEBUG2:
DEBUG1: CKeyMap.cpp,101: add key: ef09 0 017 0000 (0001 0001 0000)
DEBUG1: CKeyState.cpp,492: modifiers on update: 0x2000
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type IPrimaryScreen::hotKeyDown as 27
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type IPrimaryScreen::hotKeyUp as 28
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type CServer::connected as 29
DEBUG: CXWindowsScreen.cpp,672: registered hotkey ScrollLock (id=ef14 mask=0000) as id=1
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type CServer::disconnected as 30
NOTE: synergys.cpp,500: started server
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type reloadConfig as 31
DEBUG1: CEventQueue.cpp,69: registered event type forceReconnect as 32
(* hang here *)
>How-To-Repeat:
Just execute synergys.
>Fix:
I don't understand the effect of the patch, so all I can do now is
to remove the patch file for CXWindowsEventQueueBuffer.cpp and
rebuild synergy.
