Please note: This is a ports tree checked out on July 10, but in a ports tree
checked out yesterday I only see the line:
CONFLICTS= p5-SOAP-Lite-0.60*
which I think is not enough.

Installing p5-SOAP and p5-SOAP-Lite at the same time overwrites SOAP::Packager:
Note the duplicate origin for the file and the failure to uninstall a package
that was installed 30 minues ago:
