	In x11/xkeyboard-config-1.3 russian language support is complitely
	broken:

	1) Default keymap moved to old winkeys one. That will broke
	xorg.conf for many people. Old one is avalible as ru(os)

	2) In ru(os) keymap russian "e" (typed on top of '"') isn't avalible.

	Some linux-powered-monkey, who just got down from theyr tree
(windows box) broke xkeyboard-config maked it usable only with winkeys layout.

	Try to use russian old(classic) keymap, KOI8-R locale.
