The FreeBSD port of p5-XML-LibXSLT is effectively broken, as it
requires the Perl module XML::LibXML to be at least version 1.67, but
the port p5-XML-LibXML is only at 1.66.

Thus p5-XML-LibXML should be updated at least to 1.67 (though
1.69 is the current version in CPAN).

Try to install p5-XML-LibXSLT
