	devel/oniguruma (API V2) Ruby 1.6, 1.8

	etoile 0.2 and ruby 1.9 needs the diffrent API
	devel/oniguruma4 (API V4) Ruby 1.9

	etoile 0.4 needs a diffrent API
	devel/oniguruma5 (API V5)

	To supply the new APIs I request a reprocopy.
