Upgrade to 6.5 Release.

I would prefer java/netbeans to renamed to java/netbeans61 and
copied java/netbeans-devel to java/netbeans65 so that I can install
different versions on the system.

With this patch, I simply updated the netbeans-devel to help the maintainer
to begin with.  I would let the maintainer take care of other things like
port directory names and so on.
