GraphicsMagick 1.3.x is the current stable release, and it is not
API-compatible with 1.2.x. I would like a repocopy from
graphics/GraphicsMagick12 to graphics/GraphicsMagick13 so both
release branches can be maintained in the ports tree and to
encourage dependent applications to upgrade to GraphicsMagick 1.3.x.
