ports/124070: [NEW PORT] sysutils/avfs

This port needs some work before it can be included.  I've attached an
updated shar to this port which cleans it up, however the port fails on
(at least) a current machine.

checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
./configure: 39: Syntax error: "}" unexpected (expecting "then")
*** Error code 2

Also, I'm not sure why the pre-configure target is being abused like
that.  Please look into these issues and submit an updated shar file
please.
