 Hi Kimura,
   The patch works great, but the xerces team did not yet release a 
 matching perl upgrade.  Our applications here depend on the 
 p5-XML-Xerces port, which currently still depends on  Xerces 2.7.  
 Perhaps I need to create a new versioned Xerces-c2.7 port for the perl 
 support.
