For java install required tzupdater-1_3_0-2007h.zip file. on /usr/ports/java/jdk16
 But the http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp is not contain tzupdater-1_3_0-2007h.zip file, this is containing  tzupdater-1.3.3-2007k.zip file.

When I do install java 1.6 (/usr/ports/java/jdk16)

The /usr/ports/java/jdk16/ 
files must update for Java SE Timezone Updater from version 1.3.0 to 1.3.3
