>Description:
Tuareg-mode is an emacs lisp library, it provides functions
making emacs efficient when editing OCaml programs.

Tuareg-mode was formerly part of the port tree, but has been
discontinued, due to maintainer indisponibility. I have
reworked its files and submit them for reintegration in the
        port tree.

As suggested to me on `freebsd-ports', I bumped the PORTEPOCH.
