imapsync-1.241 from ports needs Mail::IMAPClient. There's p5-Mail-IMAPClient (3.04 for now) in ports, but imapsync is not compatible with versions >=3. Output from imapsync:

Subroutine Authuser redefined at /usr/local/bin/imapsync line 1870.
imapsync needs perl lib Mail::IMAPClient release 2.2.9 exactly, future imapsync release may suppoort 3.0.x, but sorry not now

cd /usr/ports/mail/imapsync && make install clean

then try to run imapsync
