System: FreeBSD ren.lboro.ac.uk 7.0-RELEASE-p6 FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE-p6 #0: Mon Nov 24 06:43:33 UTC 2008 root at i386-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386

The pkg-message for webmin gives you the command for REconfiguring webmin, but doesn't mention that this needs to be run to provide an initial configuration as well before starting webmin. It kind of implies that the initial configuration is done for you ready to start webmin, and the script is only needed for future changes.
	Install webmin port from /usr/ports/sysutils/webmin
Change pkg-message slightly to refer to configuration rather than reconfiguration
