ports/116777: The math/scilab port fails in demos->signal->bode.

I built and installed lapack from a fresh ports tree.  This eliminated
the gfortran optimization problem with [sd]lamch.f.

Then, I built and installed scilab with the patch provided earlier and
selected both options at config time.

It works, except for the messages:
