FreeBSD hpnx6125-laptop1 7.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE #: Wed Apr 9 22:59:48 CEST 2008 root at hpnx6125-laptop1:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/HPNX6125-LAPTOP1 i386

After last update (added UTF8 support) when misc/mc was built with WITH_UTF8 option (default on) it doesn't display frames borders. Problem exists in system console and gnome-terminal. In gnome-terminal when encoding was set to UTF-8 mc displays weird characters instead of nice frames.
Compile misc/mc with WITH_UTF8 and run it - frames don't appear.
Compile misc/mc without WITH_UTF8.
