Perl 5.8.8_1 is installed with version 3.15 of CGI.pm.  If the user is not aware that he should install www/p5-CGI.pm to get a fresher version, he will be seriously out of date.

Don't install www/p5-CGI.pm and use CGI.pm.

Don't include CGI.pm as part of the distribution or lang/perl5.8 or make it install www/CGI.pm.
