esniper 2.17.1 barfs on ebay's latest antics and recommends to update to
2.18.1. This version is not in ports (yet).

>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/ports/misc/esniper ; make install ; then run esniper with suitable
configuration and auction(s) or -file(s).

>Fix:
Update Makefile to new version 2-18-1. Also remove files/patch-configure
as it is apparently no longer needed and will not apply.
