The following lines are missing from pkg-plist:

apps/ROX-Filer/Templates.glade
apps/ROX-Filer/subclasses

The lack of these files causes ROX-Filer to complain when to tries to open up the activity log, and ROX-Session to complain when it tries to open up the panel configuration window as neither are able to construct them without these files.
