Someone submitted a new port to replace devel/p5-gearmand with
devel/p5-Gearman-Server on my bahalf.  Since this new port is just an upgrade
to the gearmand port, I request that the p5-gearmand port be removed and an
entry added to MOVED that indicates the port is moved to p5-Gearman-Server.
