 I am unfamiliar with this mythical "WITH_MODPERL2" flag you are  
 using. Where is it described and defined?
 
 The proper flag is to tell RT that you're using Apache2, and it will  
 then pick the right mod_perl for you.  Please set WITH_APACHE2 when  
 building.
