djvulibre has recently been updated and the library version has bumped from 18 to 19.  graphics/evince won't build if WITH_DJVU (or the equivalent OPTION) is selected.

# WITH_DJVU=yes; export WITH_DJVU
# cd /usr/ports/graphics/evince
# make

>Fix:

bump the djvulibre number from 18 to 19 in the graphics/evince Makefile.
