When trying to install the net/courier-authlib-ldap port it fails to detect ldap properly. 
Examining the config.log it seems it fails to find crypt and crypt_set_format.

try to install courier-authlib-ldap

By changing security/courier-authlib/Makefile's LDFLAGS line to include -lcrypt
