>Description:
In attempting to do a portupgrade from hplip-1.6.7 to hplip-1.7.3_1 the following
build error occurs relating to the missing automake 1.9 and function dlopen in libdl. NOTE: automake-1.9.6_1 is installed.

Making all in prnt/hpijs
cd . && /bin/sh /usr/ports/print/hplip/work/hplip-1.7.3/missing --run aclocal-1$
aclocal-1.9: not found
WARNING: `aclocal-1.9' is missing on your system. You should only need it if
         you modified `acinclude.m4' or `configure.in'. You might want
         to install the `Automake' and `Perl' packages. Grab them from
         any GNU archive site.
