The graphics/gstreamer-plugins-swfdec port depends on swfdec 0.3.x while that port is already up to version is 0.4.x. Since the configure script specifically looks for version 0.3.x, the current gstreamer plugin code probably cannot handle swfdec 0.4.x.

cd /usr/ports/graphics/gstreamer-plugins-swfdec
make

Disable this plugin until the upstream source has been made fit for swfdec 0.4.x.
