The patchfile at
is outdated and should be synced with the new version from cacti.net.

The cacti.net itself sometimes answer with the 'Requested Range Not
Satisfiable' error and 'make fetch' tries to obtain the patch from
ftp.freebsd.org. And fails to verify the checksum.
Download the file and compare the MD5 and SHA256 checksums of the
downloaded file and distinfo's ones.
Upload a new file version to ftp.freebsd.org.
