ports/107362: mail/dovecot pkg-install insists on using uid/gid 143, fails to install if group 'dovecot' in use with a different uid/gid

 This was an intentional change in the 1.0.r15 update, following a number
 of requests from users. However, I recognize the desire to allow the
 UID/GID to override those defined in ports/UIDs and ports/GIDs.
 I plan to integrate the option into an upcoming 1.0.r16 update.
