>Description:
	Trying to debug something and create a patch for Mk/bsd.port.mk
	I noticed a variable NO_LDCONFIG_MTREE which is used several times
	but not documented together with the other variables.

	Specifically, I do not understand why executing the following
	  @${MKDIR} ${PREFIX}/${LDCONFIG_DIR}
	does not occur by default.

	Well, at least I do not fully understand this and other aspects,
	or I would have tried to come up with a patch.

	(portmgr, I strongly recommend not to accept any patches to Mk/*mk
	which add such tunables without documentation.)
