ports/108606: Courier MTA terminates abnormaly after installation

 A little followup.
 The problem exists when courier 0.54.0 is installed with option AUTH_MYSQL. 
 If there are no option defined in the "make config" dialog window, 
 everything seems to compile and work properly.
 The authlib version is
 PORTNAME=       courier-authlib
 PORTVERSION=    0.59.1
 PORTREVISION=   0
 CATEGORIES?=    security mail
