 Well, it is the same reason NOPORTDOCS is being used - if a user
 requests a minimal install without documentation and without manpages,
 too. If you are installing FreeBSD, you may chose the Minimal Install
 and no manpages are installed. Unlike NOPORTDOCS this knob is optional,
 but I (and many other maintainers) include it in maintained ports. So it
 is up to your decision.
