N.B. This is a companion to PR ports/111242 (graphics/xfig).

1. Update MASTER_SITES to ensure this [stable] version remains
fetchable.

2. I suggest a repocopy of print/transfig -> print/transfig324 so
print/transfig can be 3.2.5-ified without breaking workflows for
people who have a substantial investment in 3.2.4.  3.2.5 is a
major release, incorporating four years worth of code changes.
It would be necessary to add a CONFLICTS= line for 3.2.4.
