I checked now everything and I'm sorry about it but I have no file
 called /usr/local/etc/asterisk/dmsmgr.conf on my system.
But I found something on the website:
 http://www.freebsdports.info/ports/net/asterisk.html
It seems to belongs to the asterisk port.
I found an entry in /usr/ports/net/asterisk/pkg-plist in line 48.

 app_ldap only install two files:
 /usr/local/lib/asterisk/modules/app_ldap.so
 /usr/local/etc/asterisk/ldap.conf.sample

the .so file is the module and the second file is an example config.
If I do a make clean I get the following dependencies:

What script or package you use to verify the package, maybe I can
 execute it here too?

I checked my package like it is described at:
 http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/porting-testing.html

and all tests passed fine, after uninstall the two files are removed
 successfully.

 Bye
 Matthias
