 I've been unable to reproduce this error here...
 
 [rainer at bsd ~]$ pkg_which /usr/local/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0
 glib-2.10.3
 
 Have you tried rebuilding devel/glib20 ?
 Are you using a different threading library (for instance libthr by 
 means of /etc/libmap.conf) ?
