gimp 2.2.13,1 segfaults on startup

Hi all,

after a major port upgrade i've noticed that gimp segfaults on startup.

It displays splash screen, loads and initializes plugins, then it starts
extensions, extension_script_fu, the progress bar fills full and it
dumps core with message:
