net-snmp doesn't build

Hi!

I've tried many times to build net-snmp (from /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp) 
with no success, and (apparently) no combination of WITH_ and WITHOUT_ 
variables passed to make woud make it...

The kernel I'm running currently is:
FreeBSD orion 6.2-PRERELEASE FreeBSD 6.2-PRERELEASE #0: Fri Oct 20 04:48:16 
VET 2006     root at orion.nebula.mil:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/CUSTOM-3  i386

Note: Since FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE I've tried to no avail.

>From pkg_version(1):
net-snmp-5.2.2_1                    <   needs updating (port has 5.2.3_3)

My /etc/make.conf contains:

The error message is
