 Could you please give me some details on the reports you are running  
 that generate the incorrectly sized image, including the actual size  
 of the generated image?  I have tried a number of reports using  
 differing settings and the image generated is always 900px wide.  If  
 I can replicate the problem, i'll remove the size variable from the  
 generated HTML files as requested.
