	apache 1.3.x coredumps when php4-pgsql module enabled in php extensions.
	Problem arrived when I upgraded posgresql to 8.1
>How-To-Repeat:
	install postgresql81-server, apache13, php4, php4-pgsql and try 
	to start apache.

	comment out php4-pgsql extension
