Upgrade the www/frontpage port to 5.0.2.4803.

This PR superseeds PR 97694.

Changes to the port include:
 - upgrade to 5.0.2.4803
 - install rc script as 'frontpage' instead of '0010.frontpage.sh' on FreeBSD 6.1+ 
 - add support for FreeBSD/amd64
   NOTE: missing libcrypt.so.2 in misc/compat4x port

 - add a warning about the upcoming End-of-Life of the Frontpage Extensions to Makefile.fp.common.  Affects all ports that include this file (www/frontpage, www/mod_frontpage*-rtr, and */frontpage-* ports)
