ports/99871: [Maintainer-update] Update of ports/mplayer to the current release

I did a build forcing depends to package and in this case:
- on 4.x it fails, because of buggy make (1): 
http://sce-tindy.tecnik93.com/tb/errors/4-STABLE-i386-myPT/mplayer-gtk2-0.99.8.log
- on 5,6,7 it build and package OK with default OPTIONS

BOFH excuse #214:
Fluorescent lights are generating negative ions. If turning them
off doesn't work, take them out and put tin foil on the ends.
